Gameweek 24 Fantasy Premier League features a possible title decider between Chelsea and Arsenal. The two sides will clash at Stamford Bridge and a Chelsea win would see the Blues move to 12 points over Arsenal. If the Gunners can win, the title race will be wide open one again as Arsene Wenger’s side would be just six points away from the top.
Arsenal picked apart Chelsea in their first meeting this season, winning comfortably 3-0. Alexis Sanchez scored and set up another, while Theo Walcott added one himself.
Arsenal have scored the second most goals in the Premier League this season, while Chelsea are joint top for conceding the fewest goals. Gameweek 24 Fantasy Premier League will see the top defenders of Chelsea try to stop the top overall points winner in Sanchez.
Hull vs. Liverpool
Liverpool hope to get their season back on the straight and narrow with a trip to Hull. The Tigers are four points from safety and go against a team that put five goals past them in September.
Liverpool are much different in gameweek 24 Fantasy Premier League than back in the autumn. Liverpool are winless in five of their last six and need to find goals from one of the team’s forwards. Sadio Mane is set to return to the starting XI, which will be a major boost for Jurgen Klopp’s team.
Tottenham vs. Middlesbrough
Tottenham ride a six match unbeaten run into Saturday’s clash with Middlesbrough. Spurs can make up ground on Premier League leaders Chelsea with a win and a Blues’ loss.
Tottenham took all three points in the teams’ earlier meeting thanks to goals from Son Heung-Min. Hugo Lloris will return for Spurs after fighting illness in midweek. Meanwhile, five other Spurs’ players will miss out including Danny Rose, Erik Lamela and Jan Vertonghen.
Manchester City vs. Swansea
Manchester City battle Swansea following their demolition of West Ham in midweek. The win over the Hammers was the coming out party for Gabriel Jesus, and Citizens’ fans hope the Brazilian can continue his form.
Swansea are in good form, too; and are winners of three of their last four matches. Paul Clement has changed the side and the team is playing with far more confidence than earlier this season.
Manchester City has faced Swansea twice this season already, once in the league and once in the cup, and defeated the Welsh side both times.
Leicester vs. Manchester United
Leicester’s poor English Premier League season continues and the team has won just once in their last six. Gameweek 24 sees the reigning champions take on Manchester United, who played out a dull scoreless draw with Hull in midweek.
Jose Mourinho’s team defeated Leicester earlier this term 4-1 with goals from Chris Smalling, Juan Mata, Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba. The Red Devils have drawn their last three fixtures, however. The Old Trafford outfit sit in sixth in the Premier League as gameweek 24 kicks off.
