Respected RMCSport journalist; Mohamed Bouhafsi, has just tweeted that Liverpool have rejected a €100m bid from catalan giants Barcelona for team favourite, Philippe Coutinho.
The fresh bid is the strongest indication yet that Barcelona have not given up on acquiring Coutinho, despite strong rejections from the Liverpool management group in recent days.
Coutinho has not become distracted by the strong interest from Barcelona, starring in Liverpool’s pre-season win at Hertha Berlin on Saturday evening.
