Those who thought #MUFC should've won last night. Just ask yourself how many #RealMadrid players would get in MU team (10) & visa-versa (2).

Manchester United fell behind in the fixture early following a Casemiro goal. Despite the Real Madrid player being offside, Madrid had been the better team in the opening half, pushing United deep to defend. Man of the match, Isco, tallied a second after the break following a gorgeous one-two with Gareth Bale.
The Red Devils had chancse to get back into the fixture, but wasteful finishing from Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku kept Los Blancos on top. Lukaku would strike late in the second half, however, after Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas’ save bounced right to the striker on the edge of the six-yard box to put home.
Although Manchester United made a game of it late on, Madrid held firm for their second straight UEFA Super Cup Final win.
