After Liverpool’s 3-3 draw with Sevilla in the Champions League on Tuesday night, supporters have turned their anger towards club captain Jordan Henderson.
According to The Mirror, Henderson completed just 55% of his passes during the evening. He also won zero tackles as Liverpool gave up three second half goals.
Liverpool started the game impressively with goals from Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane. However, the team could not hold its 3-0 lead. Sevilla scored the leveller in the third minute of stoppage time.
The draw keeps Liverpool from advancing until the final match day of the group stage.
Supporters are upset that Jurgen Klopp continues to pick Henderson despite his recent poor play. Many fans and critics of Liverpool took to Twitter following the final whistle in reaction to the team’s draw.
Typical, didn’t expect anything less after they scored the 2nd, if Jordan Henderson is still playing against Chelsea then I don’t know what he has to do to get dropped, it’s no wonder Emre Can wants to leave when Henderson gets picked instead of him, pathetic from Liverpool.

Jordan Henderson has been much worse than Alberto Moreno tonight.

Think we have to be real.
Jordan Henderson is probably one of the most overrated players out there.

Jordan Henderson is up there with Charlie Adam and Andy Carroll. The worst Liverpool captain of all time.

I like Jordan Henderson but as captain of a football club you need to be a leader, and despite being on that pitch there was no leadership in that second half whatsoever.

Sad thing is Liverpool fans actually think Klopp is a top coach. How many more times does he have to embarrass you? Looool

The worst part of supporting Liverpool, is the stupid fans who infest twitter after any defeat or bad result.
Last night was bad. Their players were told at half time that their manager had cancer. Sometimes things are meant to be.
