Manchester United to Pay £64m for Alvaro Morata

British and Spanish media claim that Manchester United have agreed to pay Real Madrid £64 million for striker Alvaro Morata as the player will arrive on a five-year contract.

The Red Devils have officially released Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the team are looking for his replacement for next season. The club had been linked to Torino striker Andrea Belotti, but it looks like Manchester United will welcome Morata to Old Trafford first.

Reports indicate the club could still sign Belotti, but for now, the club are happy with the capture of Morata from the Champions League winners Real Madrid. Belotti has an £88m release clause for non-Serie A clubs, and Jose Mourinho wants his team to trigger that clause too.
