Manchester United will host Brighton in the FA Cup quarterfinals after the Reds dominated Huddersfield on Saturday. The Reds Devils came through the tie victories, 2-0. Brighton defeated Coventry, 3-1, in their FA Cup tie. The Seagulls and Manchester United met in the 1983 FA Cup Final. The Red Devils won the cup that season, but needed a replay to do it.

Leicester will host Chelsea in another one of the FA Cup quarterfinal fixtures. The Foxes overcame Sheffield United while Chelsea blew past Championship leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea couldn’t find a goal to separate the two clubs in their cup tie. The two clubs will meet in a replay at the Liberty Stadium. The winner of the fixture will take on either Tottenham or Rochdale. Spurs looked likely of going through in their meeting at Rochdale, only for the Dale to score a leveller in the third minute of second half stoppage-time.

The final FA Cup quarterfinal fixture will see either Manchester City or Wigan host Southampton. Manchester City will host Wigan on Monday night in the team’s round of 16 match. The Blues are still on pace to win a domestic treble. The match between the two sides is a rematch of the 2013 final. That occasion saw Wigan win the FA Cup.
