Where was Neymar?
While Liverpool found a late winner, questions have already been asked about the play of PSG star Neymar. The Brazilian went missing for large parts of the match and gave the ball away easily throughout. Neymar made just 31 passes during the match while taking two shots. He was dispossessed five times by Liverpool defenders.
PSG will be a different proposition with Buffon, Alves and Verratti back, but still not convinced Tuchel and this squad are a natural fit. Doesn’t look like Neymar’s up for a lot of counter-pressing, if I’m honest.

No player will regret their career trajectory more than Neymar. Guy will have spent have half his peak in Messi’s shadow & the the other half at a club where nothing he will win or do matters.

Trent Alexander Arnold just pocketed Neymar. Say it once, then just keep on saying it.
