West Ham’s Felipe Anderson aims to repeat previous performance against Fulham

Anderson scored six points against Fulham in gameweek 17. The Brazilian tallied an assist as the Hammers kept a clean sheet in a 2-0 win.

West Ham’s record transfer signing only tallied two points last time out against Crystal Palace as the Hammers drew 1-1.

But the Brazilian, who has eight goals and four assists in 2,220 minutes, aims to return a big score once more against the Cottagers.

West Ham are currently 10th in the Premier League and have experienced a dip in form in their last four matches. The Hammers haven’t won since beating Arsenal in gameweek 22.

Anderson’s stats for this season have been stellar. His eight goals are already the second-best tally of his career. Anderson’s career high in goals came in 2014-15 at Lazio when he scored 10 times.

West Ham’s recent form against Fulham

West Ham have won five of their last eight matches against Fulham. Meanwhile, the Cottagers have won just twice while one game ended in a draw.

Each of the last eight fixtures between West Ham and Fulham have ended with 2.0 or more goals scored. Anderson will aim to get back on the scoresheet or to set up a teammate to get the team an important score.

Fulham have conceded 58 goals in the Premier League. It is the most this term of any of the 20 league teams. Anderson and company should be able to find the back of the net at home.

Anderson’s excellent season combined with Fulham’s porous defence makes him a great pick for gameweek 27.
