Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 14 magnificent midfielders

Fantasy Premier League gameweek 14 will showcase some of FPL’s top points scorers as Manchester City clash with Chelsea.

Eden Hazard will have the opportunity to rebound from his two point performance last weekend. Meanwhile, Kevin De Bruyne needs to bounce back from his one point output in gameweek 13.

Fantasy Premier League gameweek 14 sees many FPL managers in need of midfield reinforcements. Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho is out until at least January and Roberto Firmino is not 100% .

FPL managers have a lot to worry about with Liverpool’s top fantasy players on the injury table.

Without the Liverpool duo,  and the struggles of Hazard and De Bruyne, who makes the FantasySports.co.uk magnificent midfielders list this week?

Alexi Sanchez – Arsenal

Games: 13; Goals: 8; Total FPL points: 87

Alexis Sanchez turned in a 14 point performance in gameweek 13. His two goal performance pushed him to second in the midfielder points list.

This week against West Ham, Sanchez should continue his good form. The Gunners have a run of winnable fixtures coming up over the holiday season. It is likely Sanchez can return to the summit of top midfielders.

Theo Walcott – Arsenal

Games: 12; Goals: 6: Total FPL points: 71

If you cannot afford Sanchez, you may be able to sign Theo Walcott to your Fantasy Premier League gameweek 14 team.

Last weekend saw Walcott end a three match goalless streak. This weekend Walcott has the opportunity to run rings around West Ham’s full-backs.

He is the perfect addition to your team, if Sanchez cannot be bought. However, the two may make a great one-two punch if you can afford both.

James Milner – Liverpool

Games: 11; Goals: 5; Total FPL points: 62

James Milner cooled off after having initial success as Liverpool’s left-back. However, after gameweek 7, Milner averaged a mere 2.5 points over his next four fixtures.

A goal and a clean sheet made Milner one of the top midfield performers in FPL last week.

Liverpool play Bournemouth in Fantasy Premier League gameweek 14, and with the team’s injury problems, Milner could play a big role in the match.

Leroy Fer – Swansea

Games: 12; Goals: 6; Total FPL points: 58

If you are looking for a bargain buy for Fantasy Premier League gameweek 14, Leroy Fer is the perfect buy. Swansea’s midfield star tallied two goals last weekend against Crystal Palace, helping him into WhoScored.com’s team of the week.

Even though Swansea take on Tottenham in gameweek 14, Fer is worth a start due to the injury problems facing Liverpool’s top stars.

Listed at a cool £5.0 million, Fer is worth a shot. Especially with Swansea’s fixture list easing up after gameweek 14.

Pedro – Chelsea

Games: 12; Goals: 3; Assists: 5; Total FPL points: 57

Pedro excelled in gameweek 13 against Tottenham as he turned in a seven point haul. The midfielder has fit in well to Antonio Conte’s team.

Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 14 may see Chelsea playing Manchester City, but Pedro’s form is too good not to pick him this weekend.
