Premier League gameweek 15 is in the books and Chelsea remain at the top of the table. The Blues defeated West Brom Albion 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.

The Baggies didn’t go lightly as Chelsea had to work for their slim victory. Diego Costa tallied his 12th goal of the Premier League season in the 76th minute.

Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta continued his strong play in the Blues’ back three. The Spaniard was voted man of the match by WhoScored.com.

Costa and Eden Hazard cracked the 100 point mark in FPL play in Premier League gameweek 15 and both sit in the top three in total fantasy points.

Arsenal 3-1 Stoke

Arsenal got a brief scare from Stoke before defeating the Potters 3-1 in Premier League gameweek 15. Charlie Adam’s 29th minute penalty put Stoke into the lead, but it didn’t last long.

Just 13 minutes later, Theo Walcott struck from just inside the six-yard box. After halftime, Mesut Ozil doubled the Gunners’ lead before Alex Iwobi’s goal 16 minutes from time put things to bed.

Arsenal are just three points behind Chelsea in the race for the Premier League title. Arsenal are back in action in gameweek 16 against Everton on Tuesday night.

Leicester City 4-2 Manchester City

Leicester City piled on the pressure for Pep Guardiola as the Foxes won 4-2 at the King Power Stadium. The win simultaneously takes some of the pressure off the reigning Premier League champions, giving them a little bit of breathing room in a their current relegation fight.

Amazingly, Leicester were 3-0 up by the 20 minute mark thanks to two goals from Jamie Vardy and another from Andy King. Vardy finished off his hat-trick in the 78th minute with a strike from inside the 18-yard box.

Manchester City finally got on the board after Aleksandar Kolarov’s free-kick found the back of the net. Nolito added a second in the 89th minute, but it was too little, too late for Guardiola’s side.

The loss was City’s second consecutive defeat in the Premier League and sees the Blues seven points from top spot.

Manchester United 1-0 Tottenham

Manchester United won for just the second time in their last six outings, beating Tottenham 1-0 at Old Trafford in Premier League gameweek 15.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored the only goal of the match, finishing off Ander Herrera’s pass in the 29th minute.

Paul Pogba struck the woodwork in the second half as United out shot Spurs 15-12. Tottenham saw the lion’s share of possession, however, seeing 60% of the ball.

Liverpool 2-2 West Ham

Liverpool find themselves further back of league leaders Chelsea after drawing 2-2 with West Ham in Premier League gameweek 15.

Adam Lallana got the Reds off to a flying start scoring in the fifth minute. West Ham powered back behind goals from Dimitri Payet and Michail Antonio before the break.

Liverpool did get back into things after the interval as Divock Origi scored for a third straight week. The Liverpool forward looks like a bright young star that could contribute to a manager’s FPL side.

Despite the Belgian’s goal, Liverpool couldn’t find the winner.
